Washing Day

It's been a great day for getting all the holiday washing out on the line before winter returns tomorrow, according to the forecasters!  It seems the neighbours had the same idea.  Despite having a good few days away I was glad to be home and I slept right through for the first night in quite a long time, awaking to Tony opening the curtains and setting down my breakfast tray.

So it has been a day of putting things away, watering the pots and watching/reading the reports from the March for Science day yesterday, to mark Earth Day.  Our Becky was one of the organisers for the March at Yale which was very successful with 3000+ folks attending with some excellent slogans on their posters!  The Brits created some pretty good posters too.  People are standing up to be counted against some very scary policy on both sides of the pond.
