Triathletes

We spent a beautiful morning in sunny St Andrews cheering on our fit son and daughter in law. We also had time for coffee and a bacon roll in our in laws caravan while G battled round the cycle route.
Plenty of time for a run about on the beach with the dog too before heading home to rescue the meat from the oven for Sunday lunch.
S came in 13th overall which he was chuffed with (I think) and 4th in his category.
We chatted to a lady not far off my age who only learned to swim last year and who was taking part in her first triathlon! Blimey.
