spent the afternoon with my little girly getting the car spick and spanned ready for our holiday to Black Rock in Porthmadog next week.

we went to Charlie's, the local handwashingcarwashing emporium. she had some jelly tots and one of those carton drinks with a little red straw and she loved it (especially when the man with the tattoos in charge of spraying the windows with punkishlypink foamy stuff said she looked cool in her glasses).

Hoylake 10k tomorrow. Eek. My current PB is 1hr 8mins so my hopes of beating that are running high...
