Last of the Fritillary

I spied a Lily Beetle this afternoon, so I suspect the Snake's Head Fritillary won't last much longer....

A day spent in the garden. With some serious lawn maintenance! Mowing, weeding, scarifying, and aerating. Just a bit of feeding to do next.

It was even warm enough to sit out and just relax for a while. Next door's cat Lucy was all up for that.
