I wouldn't ordinarily blip a pack of peppers! However, I couldn't believe ASDA stocked these babies as they are often very hard to get. I cannot recommend these highly enough - go get some if you get the chance.

What to do - heat a tbsp olive oil in a wok and toss the peppers in the oil till starting to blister - three minutes or so. Sprinkle in some sea salt and eat immediately. Sublime.
