113 — Marshalling

Out and back. Up early and headed over to the far side of the Long Mynd area to marshal at a MTB event. Elowyn has a cold and was up a bit during the night/early morning.

Quiet start to the day for me, enjoying the outdoors. Not so much for Melinda as Elowyn had a very long meltdown after her morning nap. I came home early to help out and fortunately Mel was able to finally settle her and I was home to support them both.
