The finishing touch

At Kødbyens Fiskebar
What a day! Fire at the hotel just when we were finishing the breakfast, we were asked to leave the building. Fire brigade came to take care of it. Cycling around Copenhagen whole day.

My husband had visited this restaurant with my son earlier and they were very pleased with it. 
Well, today I ate the best dessert I've ever had and mentioned it to the waitress. Later on she passed us the invitation by the chef to visit the kitchen. Unbelievable! Wonderful young people from all over the world making most delicious food in a very interesting restaurant.
He made all the desserts and was proud of his work, as well as the others too. Was too excited to take any photos of the other cooks and the friendly and devoted chef.
