Not Quite Handstand

The Torturer (yoga teacher) has had us upside down (mostly falling down)'this week. This is supposed to be a step towards handstands. Instagram makes handstands seems so easy, then again, Instagram isn't a good barometer on reality.

Went for naan, beers and a game of darts with Priscilla and Jacobs after.
