Night sky

Last night Northern Lights were forecasted to be visible also in Southern Finland. Aurora monitors looked promising, so me and hubby drove to Rauhaniemi. We were there half an hour before the midnight, and the sky was surprisingly light! No sign of Northern Lights was seen, but it was very beautiful nevertheless. We can start enjoying light nights already now, I see! :) One cloud looked quite orangish, in the long exposured photo it looks very unreal. Added one photo as an extra. We waited there till midnight, so I could get a photo for today.

In the morning it snowed quite heavily for couple of hours, but it melted right away.
