Or as she is now known since getting married, Lizzie Deignan.

A mad rush to get to Leeds for a 6:30pm book talk with Lizzie - the former world champion in the sport of women's cycling. She as also won a silver Olympic medal and been crowned Commonwealth Champion.

I really enjoyed listening to her talk so candidly and honestly about her life, career, ups and downs.

Well worth it! :-)
