New chair for Tess!

Tess has a new chair!!

Colour not true from iPhone...the chair is actually grey but iPhone has made it slightly brown / pink.

Tess has claimed it as hers...and so she should! I love the floor

We've decided to decorate the one room that won't be having major works done to it here at the project!

Getting close to final plans being submitted to planning. 6/9 months our build will take once approved.
