Snowy Lammermuirs

Bitterly cold today but, influenced by my week in the Lakes decided to hunt down the bad weather.  Headed up to the Lammermuirs which I hadn't done for a while.   This tree shot was taken in a blizzard on a single track road.  It has taken me a few hours to warm up after the experience - i have kept the image high key but you can make out the driving snow across the tree.
