Botallack

A day for being in that gorgeous blue sea, not walking along the cliffs sweating and huffing and puffing while my feet steamed away inside walking boots!
I'm trying to walk off the half stone I put on during chemo (steroid induced humungous appetite), but I end up with a walking induced humungous appetite instead!! I undid all of today's hard work by stopping off for an ice cream on the way home, then some donuts fell into my basket when I went to the supermarket to get some cat food and apples and shortly after that the same donuts fell into my mouth. Along with some crinkly cheddars, a mini roll and a couple (aherm) of rich teas.
Oh well, healthy eating will resume again tomorrow (after our traditional sunday morning pancake fest!)
