SWAP FELL THROUGH

Because...

Could I leave my laminate as they couldn't afford to buy a carpet...

Could I leave my 6 door wardrobe...

Could I leave my breakfast bar stools...

Could I swap cookers as they'd need to buy a new one (err no as thier's is a mingin colour and if I swapped I would then be the one having to buy a new one)...

ALL THIS AND I'D HAVE NOTHING THERE - IT WOULD ALL BE RIPPED OUT AS WOULD GO WITH NOTHING OF MINE...

... and no they didn't want to give me money for any of it as they couldn't afford it... ffs

ANYHOO... Got another offer in a different area, near to a school for Kade, so we're in the middle of sending each other pics and info... Don't hold your breath...
