Iona

This is Iona the cow again, she is always looking for food and this time she was in luck as it was breakfast time.

Great to catch up with friend last night and over breakfast before feeding cows and a wander around her small holding. We put the world and our jobs to rights as always.

Headed off to catch up with Helpix at the local coffee show. I cannot believe we have not seen each other for 37yrs but it made no difference and we talked as if there had never been that gap. Good to see you and don't leave it so long next time!!

Home  now and feeling tired. It was a full on and adventurous work trip which challenged me physically and mentally.
