Pastoral landscape

I stopped for a moment in a layby on the back road home from Stuartfield as the sun came out. I had thought of taking a photo of the village from the back of Aden but looked the other way instead and was charmed by the two horses chomping away quietly, the row of trees, newly in leaf and varied in colour, the gorse, daffodils, and the crop sprouting in the field. Just love rural Aberdeenshire!
