The Stratford End

Whilst Annie was away, working in Cardiff, I (Chris) was in an all day workshop in London (Holborn) learning about our revised company values and how to effectively communicate them to our teams. It was a good day, lots of other line manager colleagues sharing the similarities and differences between teams and what works and doesn't work with these sorts of things.

I then had to take the tube out to Westfield at Stratford for a team outing, ten pin bowling. We were late booking it so nothing more central was available. It was a fun evening although it meant an extra half an hour of commute home as Stratford is completely the wrong direction. Still it was nice to see the Olympic Park and grab a photo of the Orbit.
