Different uniforms, different jobs

The autumn festival continues here in Kichijoji! Every where you go, there are groups of people gathered around portable shrines, which they will carry around on their shoulders while chanting and drumming. Great fun, and I will miss this when we move to Vancouver and leave Japan. Guess we will have to bring our festivals with us there :)
