Ferny foliage

On the Sweet Cicely (Myrrhis odorata) with the maturing seeds just visible. These turn into black claw like structures as they mature and are very satisfying to collect.

Back at Wisley today after a couple of weeks off. Now fully into the cleaning season. I managed a whole 2 batches, Asphodelus aestivus and Libertia chilensis - woo hoo (not)!  I do need to speed up but sometimes it can be a very painstaking process. It's those TEENY fragments of chaff which can be so awkward to remove.
