Tynemouth priory and my mishap

These photographs were taken on my last holiday , I have had a slight mishap and I'm laid out flat on my back with terrible muscle damage . I can't get up and I am getting very distressed . The pain started Tuesday morning and David had to roll me out of bed but I hobbled about all day thinking it would go away , I was doing the twist Monday evening and had a great time . I went to bed at 7pm Tuesday to rest and Wednesday I could not get up , it took David 40 minutes to get me off the floor as it dropped me too my knees and then to the toilet but you don't need to hear the rest lol. Triage nurse called and I have diazepam and naproxen and exercises to to while laying down. The pain is excruciating but once the muscles stop spazaming I should be getting on the mend. David had set me up the TV and DVD player in the bedroom , hot water bottle and my pack up. My sister is coming today to look after me . I don't really know why I didn't blip the priory before .
