A home on the rolling waves

It's that time of the year again and the first of the Moorhens has built a nest on a raft of twigs and small branches brought down into East Park Lake by the recent winds.
Just like last year she and the chicks to come will drift around the lake, stopping for a few days here and there in perfect safety.
By the look of it she's even got a "mast" this year and could but up a Sail if the need arose!
There's a lot to be said for living on a houseboat!
