Artland

This is a detail from Jim Lambie's "A Forest" at Jupiter Artland in the grounds of Bonnington House, West Lothian. The official description is "Tessellated panels of spray painted chrome peeled back to reveal the background colours." The changing reflections of the grass and trees give the building on which it is installed a strangely transparent appearance.

Artland's fascinating range of sculpture in the landscape is intriguing. From Charles Jenks' Life Mounds to work by Ian Hamilton Finlay, Anish Kapoor, Anthony Gormley, Andy Goldsworthy and Laura Ford.
