Reflections

A day of reflecting and trying to get some gentle exercise in. I managed a slow but long walk and then was so exhausted I needed to get a taxi home. This photo was taken on the walk when I wandered into an antiques warehouse as it had begun to rain. I love these convex mirrors and have one of my own I bought off eBay a while ago which has never seen itself onto the wall yet!

My car has passed it's MOT yipeeeeee.

My head hurts, my blood pressure seems a bit high- the top number has gone from a constant of around 120 to 145 but I've been told not to worry about it as it's considered to be ok ( I had googled blood pressure charts and worried myself about it).the hurting head is maybe from worrying about it!
