A last little and slow walk around the town square before going for a double hernia operation More than a bit frightened going through this alone to be honest As usual Ive left things till a bit late but hopefully the hospital will fix me up ok when I go tomorrow

I will be thinking about someone who was very special to me and hope she has a wonderful time in Africa, I'm sure it will engrave itself deep into her heart, as it did mine many years ago.
