Mother and son

Off today and tomorrow, we decided to tack a few days on to the Bank Holiday weekend. Work intruded a little here and there with emails and texts, but we had a gorgeous walk on a deserted Long Strand first thing after dropping my car in for a service. Then a bit of lunch with J in town, when we'd sprung him from school. Headed up to Cork, Z got me an early birthday present of a man bag, so I look very dashing.
Then over to CIT (Cork Institute of Technology) where Autumn was exhibiting her project with all her fellow students. When she'd finished after her 6 hour stint we had dinner in Ramen and dropped her exhausted to her place and headed back West. A full and enjoyable day off.
