Shinning Bright in the Autumn Light

It sure has been and really lovely summery day. One report I heard, said it was 27c in the city. That is hot for a Autumns day! It was sunny and a little windy in the morning. Then the clouds started rolling in and the wind dropped. The temperature did a little but not much and it is still warm now the sun has set.

Today we had a man come to do some moisture testing on the house. When we read the building report from the first people who were thinking of buying, It suggested it may have leaky home syndrome. We did find the bathroom had to be fixed as the shower was leaking. (That is all done and looks great). To us the house has always been warm and dry.

Great news, the testing was done by imaging machine that can see behide the walls. Which is a much better indication what is going on inside the walls than the wand that reads the moisture, the other man used. All was found to be dry and looked good. He said he could not see any problems at all. Because of the first report it has been putting people of buying the place. Hopefully having this report things will start to happen!

 This rose sure looked lovely in the neighbours garden.. I think it thought it was summer time already!
