A long drive to France.

We set off yesterday at 10pm for the long drive to France, 782 miles from Henley-on-Thames to Carcassonne. We stopped quite a few times but did it in approximately 16 & a half hours arriving safe & sound & ready for a beer.
We were very lucky as Grace slept most of the way. In the last couple of hours she got a little grumbly but happily fell back to sleep after sucking mummy's thumb.
