Temptation

The sweet box from my fridge and I have not had a single piece for well over a week.

Desperately trying to lose weight having now stopped smoking for over five months although still sucking on a dummy fag, but if that is the worst I still have to give up then it cannot be that bad.

Normally this lot would have been well gone by now!!.

Well off for a cycle ride now.
