Brown Hare....

drinking from the puddle on the track and looking nervous. It didn't hang around and raced off when it saw me.
A pleasant morning, much warmer, almost 10! Felt warmer.
However, wasn't warm enough for me to paddle in the river. It was full of snow melt and an angler was up to his knees in it! Aaargh!
