Lookout post

J was up early to go to London for a few days. Went over to meet the Cani Sport group for a run after work. First run in 7 weeks and it was hard. As its light now Kilda seemed more relaxed and was out in front for most of the 5.5K. There are a lot of horses out by the looks of things and Kilda got quite good at grabbing bits of horse poo while running along. Back home to tidy for the cleaner while Kilda kept lookout for J
