On a Friday?!?

The first five-day week of term five and it's felt like a long one. Not a particularly long Friday on paper but it extended somewhat and then I thought I'd have missed the worst of the traffic but that wasn't to be. I did manage to get a supermarket shop in before I got home and changed before heading out for run number 7 with the bestest friend. It was hard work to start with but not too bad by the end. And definitely not how my normal Fridays go as I am more likely to fall in a big heap once the week is done. I think the thought of a three day weekend might have been a motivating factor.
