38miles on the bike this morning and I felt good. Having had a massage my legs now feel like lead but I am sure it is all part of the healing process.

Carys was back to Brownie so I managed a mini blip meet with Nicoiseannie to catch up on her gallivanting. She was sickeningly brown, seems the French air has been doing her good.

Back out on the bike in the morning. Fingers crossed the legs are speaking to me by then.
