How green is my valley

The WBC theme this week is Landscape.  I love this view of Fulford Valley as we drive down the road from Ganges, but it's hard to find a vantage point to get a shot that does it justice.  It's so nice to see everything starting to turn green again.  Frost on the roofs this morning!
It looks like some of the grape vines have been removed.  I'm wondering what will replace them.  I think that the property is for sale.
I see that my lens needs a good clean, although the photo looks much sharper on my screen than it does on blip.  :(
