BOS 1 Day 1 Task 1

The North West launch off the Blorenge today for the first task of the British Open Hang Gliding Series. 4x4 definitely required.

A grey day and most of the field landed in Abergavenney castle meadows. Well, most, one chose a tree :-) Five had the skill and timing to creep away with three making it to the first turnpoint at Monmouth. I had a good 25 minute attempt but never quite got it together.

Good to start the round with some flying. A poor wind direction tomorrow so who knows if can or where will fly.
