Scarecrow Parade

Blast Furness led the parade of giant scarecrows through the village of Wray this evening, ending at the tea-rooms where we did a static set and then drank coffee and ate from the hog roast. It was great fun, particularly meeting families I haven't seen since I taught there several years ago. I thought they might not recognise me in costume, but I obviously haven't changed too much!
