on a storm come hither friday - it has been overcast, cloudy and sunless all day - so what's best to perk up the mood? - yup, a bit of pink which - appears soft as a downy pillow - just what the forecasters ordered to snuggle in with - over the next 36 hours as a winter storm comes through - dropping a potential 6" of snow on the land

so i am prepared with a couple of good books - which have been on the back burner for a while now - along with a number of recipes i'd like to try - and a list of people i need to give a holler to via phone - since i am woefully behind in staying in touch - do you also feel as though you're constantly behind? - so tomorrow will be a 'catch-up' day thanks to the weather - it's already putting a smile on my face and let's - agree how much pink always leads to...
