A chandelier inside an atom reflected in a mirror

Not quite a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma, but still an intriguing optical illusion - spotted from my seat in Glasgow West End restaurant Turnip and Enjoy (yes, it's really called that) at lunchtime.
