Sometimes it's necessary to make your father proud.

Big smiles. Probably the biggest of all on my face. It's been a while. My eldest is a new man this season. He finished unbeaten on thirty to guide the firsts home to a gripping two wicket victory in fast fading light. It was a hard fought and tense game with some hostile bowling to face in the closing overs as the opposition went with their quicks to try to get the last few wickets. I don't think I've been so nervous watching since Forrest was a young kid!
