Stooodents
When I was at college, one of our knit module briefs was to go out and find as many stripes as we could in our environment, photograph them and the translate that into colour and knit structure samples.
I saw this today and it made me realise how amazing it must be now to do an art degree have all the digital technology at your fingertips.
To cut costs we used to share a camera film between four of us and go for the week long wait option at Super Snaps. And even then sometimes the film came out all squiffy.
And.... it was only fourteen years ago. Hardly the dark ages.
