Crown Range Rd

The Boss took The Bossess to the airport this arvo. That needs a trip over the “threatened with snow” Crown Range Pass that actually wasn’t but probably will be sometime soon.

After a lunch (not including me) at the airport The Boss returned and going down the range on the Wanaka side stopped Suzz got out and waded through a bunch of “undergrowth” to get this image and all that light stuff.
When we got home the sun was shining.
You just can’t tell sometimes between Queenstown and Wanaka ‘Cos there is this hill (mountain) in between.

We stopped at a chain installation area.
