The view from below!

When the tide is out you can walk across the sand to the harbour ..... there are a few areas where you need to jump over a water channel or wear wellies. I did the former late morning and the latter in the early afternoon.

There was a beach cricket match this afternoon .... according to the Eccentric Flamingoes (see extra) the conditions were great. It was certainly very bright and sunny but a bit too windy for my liking.

As I walked along beside the harbour wall this herring gull alighted on the wall. Not my favourite birds .... very noisy and greedy but the view was rather unusual so worth a blip.
