This was a different painting...

...earlier today.
It was a Chinese brush type black and white painting with high mountains and trees, but either I spoilt it or I didn't like it...not sure which so then I got the acrylic paints out and my metal wall paper scraper tool and painted acrylics on top of the Chinese painting with that...this was much more satisfying.

Ultramarine blue, black, white, and naples yellow was used. There was something else I wanted to do with it, but I knew I would be scrapping another painting, and painting something else on top again. Not sure of my mood today as regards painting. I did put a tiny bit of red in bottom left, but scraped it out so no red remained.

Sort of feel a bit frustrated with painting today. So I am in bed early so I can get up way before dawn and start then....
