45lbs of rice

The boss picked up a new product line and they shipped samples to the house. 
45 lbs of samples to be exact. 
Not all rice though, some couscous and some quinoa too. (Just how does one pronounce quinoa without dislocating the tongue?) 
So it looks as though some experimentation will be taking place over the next while.
