Movie Meowgul

This was the original logo for Jeramiah Catstein Mayer movie studios, which released it's first "catsploitation" motion picture "Meow Better Blues" in 1974. The famous cat used in the logo was actually named Noodles, and lived to the ripe old age of 27 (human years). Though Noodles death was premature and bore the indignity of the fact he was run over by a Whiskers lorry.
To this day you will find a commemorative golden statue remembering Noodles if you visit the JCM studios tour.
The famous "feeding hand" in the logo was later used in an ill advised Pirhanna awareness campaign, in which the hand sustained a fatal injury.
