Walk 30

Today was our last day in Sark and my last walk of the 30 day challenge. It was raining as we walked to church this morning but stopped on the way. We had a bit when walking to lunch then it cleared up. No sun though. We had a longish walk then back to the village to catch the bus (tractor with a covered seated trailer behind!) down to the harbour to get the boat home. We were almost at the bus when it started to rain again and then it poured and still is! Our son collected us, dropped us at home. We changed out of wet clothes, emptied cases that had got wet and jumped in the car to our son to babysit the grandchildren! Managed 15,350 steps today though so it's been a good walking weekend. I hope to keep my walks going - not every day but as much as I can. Have a good Bank Holiday tomorrow x
