Stayed with D and L for the night. Stayed up a bit late, awoke feeling a bit shabby.

The children and D spent the morning making rafts out of odds and sods, and floated them on the local pond. We then all spent the afternoon on the beach, which started off beautiful but suddenly turned into a traditional summer gale!

A delightful weekend all round.
