Connected - Mono Monday

I had a visit to the eye doctor in the city today and did not want to be burdened with a DSLR so I took my Canon Power Shot.  Also I feel less obtrusive with a smaller camera.
I tried the "F8 and be there" challenge (extras) but preferred the submitted image from the "Serendipity"  challenge.
