By the time I got downstairs this morning, John and Norma were already up, had been for a swim (we thought the pool might be too deep for Norma but it isn't.  Another couple of inches deep and it would have been a different story) were showered and dressed and sitting enjoying cereal, toast and coffee.

Honestly, there's no keeping up with this pair.  80 years old (actually John's a youthful 79 ;-)), can drink us under the table and up with the larks as bright as you like!  

After they'd gone, we spent a relaxing afternoon in the garden room.  Me editing photos and David researching cars are we're about to change ours.  Later in the afternoon he disappeared to the driving range for an hour whilst I gave Alan his tea.

Lazy night in front of the tv.
