Estuary view

We've had so much rain yesterday and last night that the ground, plants and birds seem very happy today.  It stopped raining late morning and the sun came out so we went for a stroll around the beach and up the estuary to see the damage.  The rivers very high for low tide and the cricket ground is flooded.  You can just see the sea in the background, if you are not familiar with this area.

It must have been the driest April for a long time I should think.
