N's Sticky Orange Marmalade Cake

My N's bake off cake. Baked this afternoon and eaten for pudding after our not so good bicycle ride in a very busy Edinburgh. I helped mix the butter into a light fluffy texture as two right handed wrists were required to make this mega mix.

Very Very Tasty, and 3/4 left, yummy.
